Orient Paper, Inc. (OPAI) which controls and operates Hebei Baoding Orient Paper Milling Co., Ltd. ("HBOP"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of diversified paper products in Hebei, China, today announced that it has engaged BDO Limited, the Hong Kong member firm of the BDO BDO International network, as its new independent auditor on October 7, 2009. BDO Limited will replace Davis Accounting Group P.C. ("Davis Accounting Group"), which continues to serve as the Company's auditor until Form 10-Q for the third quarter of 2009 is filed.

In the prior trading session, the stock closed at $1.73. The company reached a new 52 week high at $1.83 on above average trading volume.
Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. (OPXS), a leading manufacturer of optical sighting systems and assemblies primarily for Department of Defense applications, Monday announced that General Dynamics Land Systems, a business unit of General Dynamics (GD), awarded Optex a $1.9 million purchase order for additional ICWS (Improved Commander's Weapon Station) Periscopes. The ICWS Periscopes are a critical component of the M1A2 Abrams Tank; and additionally, Optex is currently manufacturing other plastic periscopes for General Dynamics Land Systems for the M1A2 Abrams Tank.

In the prior trading session, the stock closed at $0.465. The company extended further on the news to a new 52 week high of $0.50 in early trading.
