Sony, Panasonic and JVC 3D Camcorders Reviewed by New Service - 3D Video Camera.

(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 17, 2011 ) Chicago, IL -- Kevin Adams, the creator of http://3D-VideoCamera.org/ says that 3D camcorders may become a huge hit this Black Friday. “This is the first black Friday after Sony, Panasonic and JVC released their first major consumer level 3D camcorders” says Kevin. The world’s very first consumer grade 3D video camera, Panasonic HDC-SDT750 was released by Panasonic in fall 2010. Until the spring of 2011, it was enjoying a monopoly in the market of consumer level 3D HD camcorders.

Earlier this year both JVC and Sony announced the release of their first major

3D camcorder reviews

3D camcorders; the GS-TD1 from JVC and the HDR-TD10 from Sony. “These are currently priced several hundred dollars over the Panasonic HDC-SDT750” says Kevin, “…but that’s for a reason” he adds. A comprehensive review on these 3 different models can be found on http://3d-videocamera.org/best-3d-camcorder-review/

One of the major shortcomings of the Panasonic 3D camcorder is the fact that it doesn’t come with a built in 3D lens. Instead it has a detachable 3D conversion lens which you need to attach if you want to shoot 3D videos. “This can be a plus point in that you don’t have to deal with the extra weight when you’re recording regular 2D video, however it can be a negative point also because you need to carry that extra lens wherever you go” says Kevin.

“Will people shop for a 3D camcorder this Black Friday?” we asked Kevin. “It certainly won’t be the hottest item this Black Friday; firstly because they are still relatively expensive and secondly because they are one of those specialists’ hobbies” answers Kevin. “However, it is very possible that people who are looking at purchasing a regular HD video camera might look for an upgrade in the form of a 3D camcorder” adds Kevin.
