A spokesperson at Bertone Woodworking said the new website went live in early August after several weeks of development. A major focus of the website was to improve the customer experience. “We wanted to show potential customers the designs and styles available to them so they have an idea of what is possible for their kitchen, bathroom or family-room,” he explained.
A key feature of the site is a Gallery with photos of modern and traditional kitchen cabinetry, offices and store fixtures and woodworking designs. “Many times a client is not sure of what they really want,” explained a Bertone Woodworking spokesperson. “Having our Gallery is so helpful. Our clients and potential customers can tell us what they like and don’t like and we are able to get a sense of their style very quickly. This improves the customer experience. “
Another feature of the site is a special menu tab to highlight 3-D Kitchen Designs. As part of its service, Bertone Woodworking provides 3D design renderings to all customers at no extra charge. This step ensures that the kitchen the customer ordered is the kitchen that will be built. It also has the advantage of encouraging the creative process… “Once the customer sees what is a possible, new idea often crop up,” explained a Bertone Woodworking’s Kitchen Designer.
